Information about delayed bank transfers from Conotoxia.com

We would like to inform you that several dozen people who were assigned transfers via the Conotoxia.com system between 04.10 and 16.10 have not yet received their funds. We want to assure you that the payments have been made on our side, but Conotoxia.com is currently facing internal issues, which is delaying the execution of these transfers.

Upon request, we can show you a screenshot from the Conotoxia system confirming that the payment has been ordered. Conotoxia has assured us that all payment orders will be fulfilled and the funds will reach your accounts.

Please do not worry – the money will eventually arrive. We only ask for a little patience, as we are unable to cancel transactions within the Conotoxia system. If, for any reason, Conotoxia does not complete the transfers, we will cover all the losses and resend the payments, adding interest.

We sincerely apologize for this situation. We have acted according to our best knowledge, having cooperated with Conotoxia.com since 2021, with all transfers being processed smoothly until now. We were not informed of the potential delays before initiating the transfers.

From 18.10 onwards, all transfers will be processed through a completely different platform, so these issues will no longer occur. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Although this is not our fault, we take full responsibility for the situation. We want to assure you that the funds will reach you – we just ask for a little more patience while we await official confirmation from Conotoxia on whether the transfers will be processed or canceled. In case of cancellation, we will immediately resend the transfers from a different source.
